Our kids’ classes focus on building self-discipline, concentration, confidence, self-esteem, and respect for others, all while encouraging positive social behaviour.
Training is fun, practical, and easy to follow. Movements are based on everyday actions such as swimming, dancing, and reaching, helping children learn naturally and confidently.
These skills can also be applied to age-appropriate self-defense.
All techniques are drawn from the comprehensive Sotai Kempo syllabus.

Starting Out
Everyone begins their journey with the Beginner’s Introduction Course (12 lessons).
This is followed by the Advanced Introduction Course (12 lessons), after which students can choose the path they wish to progress along.

Theory
Classes include simple, essential theory to help children understand their techniques and use them with confidence.

Discipline
To achieve the results you seek, increasing discipline is required. Along the way, you’ll discover a powerful reserve of inner strength within yourself.

Rapid Progress
Progress is rapid. With guidance from your supportive instructor, students are challenged to push themselves, build fitness, and develop real skills.
This is a fun, stimulating journey of self-discovery, where confidence grows through encouragement, support, and consistent effort.
As students progress through each grade, they experience a strong sense of achievement, advancing through the coloured belts toward the elite Black Belt.

Results are achieved by students who train with focus and commitment. You will become fitter, stronger, and more flexible.
For best results, consistent training is essential. which is why a minimum of two classes per week is required, with additional sessions encouraged for faster progress.
